Barack Obama has entered the building

I promise...

I'm not Amarican nor am I totally engrossed in polictics, but I do watch the news every night and almost every morning and it's inevitable to avoid. I've been listening to the news for the past year and everyday they reported the progress of the candidates...not that I listened to carefully I had a slight idea what was going on (my bestfriend begs to differ though...) in the election world.Lastnight I'd flip through the channels and watch bits and pieces of the progress, and then before I went to bed I found out that he won the Presidential Election. The first ever African American to be the President...I wonder how the racist americans feel about this,not that I'm a racist(definitely not a racist), but there's SO many of them out there, not just in America. But I just wonder what they're thinking or feeling, well definitely mad and disapointed, but what were their other thoughts on the subject...are they hoping he fails? are they hoping he quits from the pressure? or did they turn their backs on politics in general?
I'm just so happy(!) to see Bush out of the White House and that there's finally an african american president running the United States.
